Interesting. I like the idea that יסורים is an indication of wrong doing, because whenever I am suffering I will know that I did something wrong , and I know that I have a chance to know what I did wrong and try not repeat it,,, I always wanted to know what רצון השם so if השם bring יסורים on me that’s mean he loves me and want me to be pure
And my conclusion is that the more צדיק the more יסורים like דויד המלך that suffer so much and by that suffering was ready and pure for the עולם הבא
As we say צדיק ורע לו רשע וטוב לו.
